Stanwell Park Beach Cottage is a three bedroom home available for holidays or weekends away. The Cottage is a short walk to the beach and is only one hours drive from the Sydney CBD or half an hours drive to or from the Wollongong CBD. The house is a large and spacious split-level brick veneer with cathedral ceilings. The property overlooks the beach and ocean. The three bedrooms provide very comfortable accommodation for up to six people. Foldaway camping beds provide accommodation for another two people, although it is recommended that these beds be used for children or diminutive people. There are two bathrooms.
Blankets pillows and doonas are provided. You will need to provide your own food however basic provisions of tea/coffee, insect spray, dishwashing powder and pepper and salt etc are supplied. Linen is not provided unless specifically requested, although tea towels and bath mats are available. The quantity of linen required is dependent upon the number of people in your group. There are two queen sized beds, two single beds, plus the optional foldaway beds. If you wish to provide your own linen do not forget to bring towels. For international and interstate travellers, linen and towels can be provided at an additional cost of $25.00 for Queen and $15.00 for Single beds. A deposit/bond of $400 is charged on top of tariff however this is refunded after property has been inspected.
